After a 10 hour direct flight from LA, I arrived unharmed at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam on a BEAUTIFUL Monday afternoon in Amsterdam. My two lovely greeters, Liz and Amber, recognized me right away and immediately refueled my tank with a iced coffee at the airport starbucks (3.60 Euro for a tall iced americano?!!) We quickly packed my 4 suitcases into a Mercedes taxi and headed to the Overtoom so I could see my apartment. BLISS!! I'm home!

Have fun! I can't believe they have a Starbucks at the airport now. Do they have Starbucks in Am'dam proper? They didn't while I was there...
